Hiking/Camping/Rappelling
We recommend you wear lightweight, light colored, long sleeve pants and long sleeved shirt over a t-shirt. Bring multiple layers in cold weather. For your feet we recommend good hiking boots with ankle protection. We recommend you bring: small flashlight, dry snack food, plastic water bottle, sleeping bag or blanket. If you wish, bring insect repellant, poison ivy block, first-aid kit, something to read, cards, hand warmers, etc. We provide tents, water purifier, cooking stove, pots, utensils, fuel, backcountry meals, harnesses, helmets, ropes, climbing gear, fire starters, first aid kit, saws, toilet paper, emergency whistle, compass, and two way radios.

Spelunking
We recommend you wear “old and nasty” long sleeve pants, long sleeve shirt, and old shoes or boots. Whatever is worn in the cave will never again be the same. Bring a plastic bag for your dirty clothes and a change of clothes and to well for your ride home. Bring four “AA” batteries.

Mountain Biking
Helmets are required to be worn by all while Mountain Biking. Be sure to bring hydration pack or water bottle to replenish fluids. Bring a change of clothes or to well to sit on for the ride home.

Rock Wall
Wear comfortable clothing. Shorts or pants that can stretch. Regular t-shirts are great!
