
Hiking/Camping/Rappelling
We recommend you wear lightweight, light colored,
long sleeve pants and long sleeved shirt over a t-shirt.
Bring multiple layers in cold weather. For your feet
we recommend good hiking boots with ankle protection.
We recommend you bring: small flashlight, dry snack
food, plastic water bottle, sleeping bag or blanket.
If you wish, bring insect repellant, poison ivy block,
first-aid kit, something to read, cards, hand warmers,
etc. We provide tents, water purifier, cooking stove,
pots, utensils, fuel, backcountry meals, harnesses,
helmets, ropes, climbing gear, fire starters, first
aid kit, saws, toilet paper, emergency whistle, compass,
and two way radios.
Spelunking
We recommend you wear “old and nasty”
long sleeve pants, long sleeve shirt, and old shoes
or boots. Whatever is worn in the cave will never
again be the same. Bring a plastic bag for your dirty
clothes and a change of clothes and to well for your
ride home. Bring four “AA” batteries.
Mountain Biking
Helmets are required to be worn by all while Mountain
Biking. Be sure to bring hydration pack or water bottle
to replenish fluids. Bring a change of clothes or
to well to sit on for the ride home.
Rock Wall
Wear comfortable clothing. Shorts or pants that can
stretch. Regular t-shirts are great!
